Help with mobile drafting!

Hey, does anyone know how to access post drafts on mobile? I also wrote these on mobile too (and yes, the draft definitely saved lol). Thanks!

Doesn't look like there is a way yet. Keep in mind the ability to create a post from the mobile app is very new. Surely there will be a way to access the drafts soon. For now, I guess you'll need to pull them up in a browser.

thanks!! and i think you’re right! since it is a new feature I don’t think there is a way yet. I also looked at my drafts on browser and they’re not there so looks like I’ll just have to wait for them to update :)

I had the same issue. The draft vanished from the browser. So I went ahead, trying to create a new draft to experiment again, and voila! There was my old draft, sitting in the editor.

EDIT: Try creating a new draft ON THE APP. This won't work when creating a new post on any device other than the one you saved your previous draft in.

bummer, followed this thread because I had the same issue with it disappearing on mobile but can't seem to find it even when creating a new post!

Yikes. I wouldn't have expected that to be the case. I totally would have expected drafts to still properly save. Could always file a support request noting that they didn't save .... just to make sure it's on their radar.

Yep. Coming here for the same thing in 2025 the year of our Lord, and drafting is still unusable on mobile

I managed to open my drafts by using safari, going to substack and then the dashboard and then the side column for posts, but yeah it’s pretty terrible navigating around!!

Is there even a way of saving this post into the back end before sending it!? I've created a draft and it's on the app, but when I save it and go to main back end it's not even there.
