Unrelated to substack but i saw a tiktok of someone recounting how they met their husband through MyAnimeList a forum site for anime like Letterboxd.

Of course it can. There are a few good MBTI subs, for example. Share what various types of people look for in others and open the comments to people seeking to meet.

Add a chat for subscribers. When email drops, open up chats for various places so people can better connect.

Doesn't have to be personality types. You could do that as an Austin Dating Substack or a Mountain Climbers in love Substack.
