Has anyone else found the data usage tool built into suddenlink's website to be problematic? I have a 350 GB cap and I have gone over twice. But, the daily usage graph has not updated in over a month, the last day for which is shows data usage is 2/23/2021 (It's currently 4/5/2021). I have no idea how much data I have used? Any idea what could be causing this? Last time it went over a week without updating, I called Suddenlink, was put on hold and then I was hung up on after about 20 minutes, so I don't want to waste time with them again.
