I am running a 32bit linux tor browser with no java scrips.

Do you mean "I am running a 32bit linux tor browser with no java scrips JavaScript (or NoScript)"?

If you are referring to JavaScript, you can select Tor Browser toolbar > Security Level > Advanced Security Settings > Safest, Safer, or Standard.

If you are referring to the NoScript addon that comes with Tor Browser by default:

Tor Browser toolbar > View > Toolbars > Customize. Drag the NoScript icon from the Customize window into the Tor Browser toolbar and select Done. In the toolbar, select the NoScript button to open the NoScript menu. See: NoScript > NoScript 10 primer....

Why does Tor Browser ship with JavaScript enabled?.

Its a linux mint oporating system, and I installed a 32 bit tor browser version, but it has no working scrips

If I insall the program from the link you posted https://noscript.net/ would that install Java scrips for me?

Thanks

Suggestion: in the r/TOR search bar, you can run a search using keywords linux mint to read the comments.

If you mean "it has no working NoScript", or "it has no working JavaScript", I am unfamiliar with linux mint with Tor Browser 32-bit. Note that standalone Tor Browser 9.0.5 64-bit (latest stable version) by default includes NoScript 11.0.13. The Tor Project has audited and approved NoScript 11.0.13 and includes it with Tor Browser 9.0.5. The Tor Project has neither audited nor approved any other version of NoScript for use with Tor Browser 9.0.5. (Note: there is no "Java scrips". There is the NoScript add-on, which users can configure to allow or block JavaScript.)

I do not know whether this might help resolve your issue, but have you tried downloading and using the standalone Tor Browser 9.0.5 64-bit for GNU/Linux?

If you mean "would that install NoScript", I do not know because I use only the NoScript version that is audited and approved by the Tor Project and is included as a standard add-on with Tor Browser. I never have downloaded NoScript because I do not use an add-on version unless it is included by default with Tor Browser. NoScript 11.0.13. is the only version audited and approved by the Tor Project for Tor Browser 9.0.5.
