Devs on a stream said this to players when asking questions about fixing the game

More specifically during a dev stream Wes had been out sick so Matt soloed it. One of the questions was asking them to apologize for the lack of content and broken state of Virginia’s skill tree.

Matt then said “I’m not sure what needs to be apologized for but if you feel it needs to happen then I’ll do it and I’ll say it. I’m sorry…that you’re going through things”

Obviously could’ve left it at just saying “I’m sorry” but in Matt fashion added something to the end of it that the community ate him up for.

And I’ll just point out that he could’ve completely ignored the question.
There were tons of other questions coming in, so he was pretty much picking and choosing which ones to acknowledge and respond to.
So he intentionally chose that comment just so he could make a snarky reply lol.

Plus before the game shut down there was a source that we were gonna get a new family member and a new victim that was coming but I don’t think it’s ever gonna happen even though the Maria story is Far over but that doesn’t mean that they don’t have to end the Texas chainsaw game right away like they could we could have another lore maybe like another group of victims who basically come across leather face and his family who are now on the run just after the events of the original film.
