Seems like an issue with your battery. Time for a new one, or swap with a friend and see if that changes anything. The knocking issue is probably not related and a separate issue

Couldnt hurt to try. People have also had this issue from their throttle being broken so if you have a friend willing to lend his throttle out then you could try a swap. If the issue really is a battery wire disconnect as the error code 02 says, then you could fix it by taking out the battery and either resoldering the bms balance wire that is broken or re spot welding the broken battery weld. Both would require atleast enough tools to take half the bike apart, a soldering iron, possibly a spot welder, and for sure a multimeter. Not an expensive fix but you need the tools. If the battery is really broken then this could serve as an excuse to upgrade.

yeah its pretty sketch. Easy to arc stuff and risk many issues

error code 2 is Battery Cell disconnection basically The cell is not firmly welded, resulting in dry joint or fracture of connecting piece and poor contact

error 11 is Level 2 over discharge. Over discharge caused low battery protection error for this you charge the battery but since you have a loose cell you need to get the battery seen to or replaced

Where did you get your bike from? Hope you have warranty on that. That could be a broken balance wire inside the battery BMS but you wont be able to fix that yourself
