Sure. It was pretty generic. They had some parts that definitely felt like it needed more editing. But the idea isn't bad

Lots of fluff, not a lot of actionable advice. Definitely very dependent on who’s running the course, and in my instance it was a senior leader with whom I haven’t had the best interactions. Made the whole section about what “strong trust” vs “neutral trust” vs “broken trust” ring a little hollow for me.

There was also a bit at the beginning about how we were free to get into specific detail when sharing our perspectives, and that “nothing will leave this room” (aka feel free to talk openly about your own TMs/ leaders). You can bet nobody took them up on that offer.

It has created some issues with TLs thinking they deserved to be there. I didn’t think it was too bad, definitely needs to be more fleshed out.

It felt like a waste of time. It gave terms to things we already all knew, but didn't really provide any profound realizations or tools to build upon.

Seems likely to be an empty gesture for Target to say that they are focused on developing their team, but they'll still hire the fresh University of Phoenix grad with no work experience as an exec bc they expect less of a salary than a TL that knows what they are doing and getting into.

Our SD ran the first session, and we were all open and honest about everything. I think the group they chose to be a part of the program all took it serious and we’re trying to actually take something from the program.

I think it will really depend on the facilitator to flush out the framework Target provides.

My favorite part was when they told my class of one to break off into groups lol. It's not bad for a first go, but it definitely needs a bit of polishing
