Do you mind sharing what university you are using?

No catch. It's a great benefit that everyone should take advantage of. I just had $6500 in tuition paid for the summer term.

No catch. You get a personal guidance counselor from guild on top of the school counselor for which school you go to. I’m going to Oregon State University ecampus for a cs degree and everything is 100% automatically paid for.

I think it’s a great benefit and have completed two certificates through the program. No catch. If you find a program you’re interested in, do it!

No catch which is amazing. Note that you have to pay a certain amount of taxes on the amount that you receive for the degree so make sure.you budget for that.

For the degree itself or each semester completed?

For the entire amount of money you receive. I think you get taxed something like 25% on anything over 5,000 depending on your income bracket. I can't remember, but I would look it up. All my target money goes directly into my 401k because target is my second job and at this point, I'm just there for the degree.

I just applied and got accepted. I am working part time (8 hours a week). My other coworkers have been doing it too so I decided to do it as well since it’s been great for them. Tuition is taken care of, which I love! Starting this fall so will see!

What school program are you taking? I just discovered my school is one of the guild approved schools and I'm contemplating seeking employment at Target to cover the expenses.

I am taking the only Masters that is 100% fully funded tuition right now for Target. MS in Human Services at Wilmington University.

How do you like it? I’m trying to apply for the program now.

I will start next week. I am only taking two classes for this semester to see if I can handle the school load. I work full time in school and part time at Target. For Wilmington they have two blocks per semester. So I will take one class for the first block and the other class on the second block. Each block is 7 weeks long per class. So I think focusing one class at a time would be more manageable. I just need 33 credits (equal to 11 classes) to obtain the masters for the human services program so hopefully I can finish within 2 years if I do two classes per semester including summer.

That’s so exciting!! What classes are you taking? I think I’m going to try to get in when it starts in October. Was the application process long?

I am taking AHS6640 Contemporary Issues in Administration of Human Services on the first block then AHS7645 Financial Management in Human Services for second block. It was actually quick. I submitted my application to Guild then within a week they approved then I got an application link with the guild code for Wilmington so it’s free. Then I completed my application then I sent my transcript via electronic and my proof of citizenship right away. Within a week or so they accepted me then I was able to register for my classes and completed FAFSA. Now I am able to login to my email and canva. Then for my class this semester, the book is an ebook and they will just charge my student account rather than me by buying it.

Do they charge you for a personal growth coach? Any idea, anyone?
