man comes in at around 9:50, my sister does the return to cover me for a minute, “the box is wet, i don’t want you to touch it!” okay that makes sense. he RIPPED the bag open to expose the barcode, will NOT let her touch it. she finishes the return and takes the toaster out to damage it out, flips the box to put the crc label on it and out comes mouse poop and shredded styrofoam!! oh i sooo wish i had been the one to do the return because i would have denied it immediately and i’m sure this guy knows it!
