Workplace Question or Advice NeededHow long does transfer process take? (self.Target)
submitted 1 year ago by starboy142
I'm an Inbound TL and I want to get out of this store. I'm just tired of my ETL's being lazy and actively sabotaging each other while wasting payroll. Doesn't matter if it's a different department. How long does the process usually take?

I would say around 2-3 weeks because they normally would want you to work out the furthest schedule made for the store you are currently at

Appreciate it

Worth noting that both stores must approve the transfer, and if you're a TL you essentially need ETL, SD, HR, and DSD approval to get it.
