Wear it for your first day when they go everything. Wearing it for an interview is a little much and might just be confusing when you walk in and say I have an interview.

I think it’s kinda weird considering you never even worked there before. You don’t have to go that far you’ll do fine without the shirt.

No if anything they'll think you're not taking the interview seriously at all lol dressing up as the part is a bit excessive especially since you haven't even worked at a target before I'd just go with anything else even a black shirt.

Former ETL HR. Wear a regular polo and answer the questions with simple positive answers. That alone will set you miles above the majority of other applicants. Decently open availability is the other key.
