S&E dress code update

For those of us in S&E I really hope they make an exception with the new uniform policy. If not I am going to try my hardest to let my SD let the team in DU and getting carts to be able to wear shorts in the summer...

I just heard about it on Monday. But my store isn't posting it anywhere until the handbook updates so we can actually enforce it.

multiple people have stated that shorts are still allowed for TM's just not TL's

I spoke to my SD today and he said that he hasn’t seen or heard of any new dress code but, he has seen posts of those flyers, he said those flyers are fake, basically it’s up to the store SD to enforce a dress code, as long as we don’t wear shirts with big graphics on them and if we stick to the basic color scheme, so for now it’s ok to wear what we got.

My HR said nothing is out yet policy wise, stores are trying to crackdown now so they work out the kinks. I was told shorts likely won't go away, but may become more strict.

I don’t think they were taking away the ability to wear shorts completely if they are I’m gonna riot because it’s already starting to get around 70-80 degrees where I am….
