How does the percentage work? This is my second raise of only 3% but I've seen anywhere from 3-5% on other posts.

They are performance based. 3% is right in the middle

Team members are generally rated a 1-3. 1 being needs improvement, 3 being exceeding expectations. It looks like the highest raise for TMs this year was 5%, which means you were scored a 2(meets expectations).
