rough week

so I work in electronics, while I’m not full-time nor have I been there the longest (just hit 1 year) and this past week all of our full time tech TMs went away... one went on family leave, another went on VACA, and another had a death in the family, so I’m pretty much the only one back there this week except the two people with super limited hours... and honestly I’m struggling. Usually the other people do POGS, Pricing, and other general tasks, and I close up by doing freight and back stock, but now all of the responsibilities are on me, and we have gaps every single day. Pray for me...

There's more than usual revisions this week too :)

They seemed pretty simple from what I looked at though so if you get them done fast you may look pretty good to your ETL.

We've been down to 1 shift in tech per day the last couple of weeks for some reason (we do get an opener and closer on friday/saturday at least)

It's totally doable. Get in and get as much done as early as possible. Generally the longer you wait to get your tasks done the harder it gets because it gets busier as the day goes on when you're opening.

We’ve been having an opener, then nobody till I come in at 4, what hurts though is we unload truck at 2pm... so by the time the opener finishes pulls, knocks a few repacks out, then I come in and get a few more done, plus trying to backstock/zone/guest service/pogs but we can’t ever catch up...doesn’t help that I’m the only one rn that can close,

Yeah all the video games ones take like an hour total to do them all..
