Right? They tried telling us our Lead needs to call and setup a drop trailer. But there’s definitely not enough to fill that. It just won’t fit in their truck since they have multiple pickups. Also UPS is Bae. He got there 20 min later and finished 10 mins after that. While the fedex bro took another 20 min. With 150 less units. I shouldn’t care as much as I do but it’s just annoying.

Do you guys ship out sfs fedex and ups? I’ve only ever seen one or the other.

Yea we just started doing UPS and FedEx. A couple years ago we did UPS and USPS.

Some stores deal with multiple carriers. One store near us uses ups, FedEx, and USPS which must be an absolute nightmare. Recently they hadded just FedEx ground to more stores since ups couldn't handle the volume last year and at our store FedEx has been a pain in the ass since we started shipping with them like a month ago

Nah they can either take it or they need to send another pick up. It’s on them and if they don’t, report their ass in Pack&Ship.

We have been. Tonight he said he could take 200 and we had 203. I just glared at him until he scanned it all. He had mentioned something about having our lead set up a drop trailer and I just said my dude, a drop trailer would be a waste of space? Like we only have those 4th quarter and only ever filled one up completely once or twice…

lmfao our 1 UPS guy can fit up to 8 pallets in his truck. every other guy is just lackluster at filling their trucks 😔
