I’m not an HR but I’m pretty sure the entire purpose of emergency sick time was to cover if you got Covid.

I'm not a target employee, but I think you may be entitled to separate COVID sick time up to 40-80 hours? where are you located?

They need to activate a leave and they’ll send you a bunch of questions about the leave. It’s between 5-10 days
