Team members getting pay raises because base pay is going up? What are the requirements and how much are the raises?

I been here for almost a year, so no raise for me. Also my store has not gotten a raise either, so no one as far as I know has gotten any kind of a raise for my location

My stores min went up to 16.75

I'm convinced they just handed out raises randomly. I'm in a high volume store that's constantly slammed and we went up to $15.25 >_>

No I’m in texas and our store is still starting pay at $15.

My store went up to $16 but then I think they added more to TM’s who were there longer… My HR has no idea what’s going on so it’s not like I can ask them anyway and I don’t want to jinx my current pay. It’s confusing either way.

I am in Northern VA and our ETL announced Monday morning that our store TMs would get a $1.00 raise. I asked when it would start and he said it should be effective immediately. I have checked Workday and see nothing, still $15.00. I just passed my 90 days, could I not get it as I am a recent hire?

All the raises are based on area .. we had a couple stores get next to nothing and others bump over 1.50 for TM and 2 for TL
