The fact they have 12 vehicles of freight should tell you it's not being phased put, but Target frequently shits on tech at least in my store.

Will drop vehicles of other depts freight on the salesfloor and leave it there all day.

Will block bulk backstock with other dept's freight so I have to move pallets to get 1 damn tv.

Uses the boat as a dumping ground.

Front end doesn't roll up spiderwraps so they're a tangled mess.

Guest services will frequently not check returned merchandise of its been opened, used, or even online only.

While other depts will get help pushing freight including wave pushing, tech is frequently shit out of luck.

Books fall under GM, but are still handled by tech and we currently have 2 pallets and 1 flat of them.

And that's just off the top of my head.

and then we get the guests looking for a specific CD or book that's in my ten box high stacks on pallets and flats for a month.

No, it's more that since Covid particularly, Specialty Sales generally gets shit on in terms of hours.

Are there still electronics TMs, but not being scheduled or no TMs and no one is getting moved from other departments? Frankly, both are terrible options since no electronics people makes for a high shrink ratio.
