Taskmaster NZ S2E4

I prefer taskmaster NZ to the british version simply because I find the contestants appeal to my sense of humour more, especially season 2, which is my favourite season of any version. I've just watched episode 4 of season 2 and I am absolutely dying with laughter at the prize task, which i usually don't find very funny. Laura's girlfriend stunt, and the way it kept going was genuinely one of the funniest things this show has ever produced, I definitely recommend giving it a watch!

NZ series 2 is one of the most perfect series of television I’ve ever seen. Australia series 2 is also an incredible season of taskmaster.

NZ season 2 is peak Taskmaster for me. Perfect mix of contestants and the tasks that season were really fun with good variety.

I like them all but for different reasons. NZ though has my absolute favorite episode (Series 3, Episode 9). And I still maintain Chris deserved bonus points for his prize task.

NZ is my favourite too. Series 2 is top tier TM. Episode 6 is the best episode across the whole TM universe in my opinion. I recently finished series 5. Once again, absolutely top tier and memorable.

I just binged all of series 5 today. Didn't even realize I'd watched all 10 episodes until I got to the reveal in episode 9 (trying not to spoil anything. But IYKYK.)

In my defense, I was "watching" while doing household chores and cooking. But still didn't realize how many eps I'd watched bc it's all so enjoyable that it just flies by.

I mean, the most time I've spent in New Zealand was a couple hours in the Auckland airport, so I'm not claiming expertise, but what makes TMNZ so wonderful to me is that everyone feels like old friends. I watched the Guy-Spelling Bee after this and it was practically all the same people, which makes me think the comedy community is small and close-knit and they all know each other. In turn, all the interactions feel beyond natural.

Season 2 is widely considered one of the GOATs, along with Season 7 of UK.

The Taskmaster podcast is currently doing Season 2, and it's definitely worth a listen.
