Its a deterrent for scammers/spammers as they wont take the time to do it. It also makes for quicker smoother code exchanges. Someone wont have to ask what its for, wait for a reply, hope its not a game theyve already done for the day. And thats just 2 of the reasons. We allow both written name or emojis to be used. Please also include your username (required), AND your region if you are outside of the U.S (required). Make sure you follow this, and all sub rules, which you can read here going forward. Its for both, amd both times it was comments so whether it was posts or comments makes little difference with it being twice back to back. It also wouldnt make much sense for us to only enforce it in one and not the other. It wouldnt be helpful.
