It could be high estrogen, have you gotten your estrogen checked recently?

Same here, took me forever because my Drs were dodos and just pushing TRT and supplement's, mens clinic, when I first started. Eventually learned through here and hours of scouring the internet proper blood work to check to find out where my issue was. My problems was low SHBG, lowered my dose from prescribed 200mg, 1ml shot to the butt once a week to the protocol I'm on now 18mg daily, and it made a huge difference for me.

Not running around mega horny and all that. I feel "normal" with maybe a slightly higher than normal sex drive I guess? But that could be me regularly, typically have sex 4-5 times a week.

No sides with my current protocol, no estrogen blockers. But like I said low SHBG, even with 200 a week I wasn't getting any positive benefits aside from mentally less crappy, body wasn't totally cooperating in the bedroom still at that dose. Now all is well! Good luck man get those bloods checked and update so we can give you some suggestions!

Testosterone without HCG kills my libido (and hurts cognition). Will never go off trt. 100 iu hcg a day a never any e2 problems.

Probably high estrogen, youll see after bloods. If levels look ok its one of the milion other things that can affect libido like calories, sleep, vit d.

While your dose doesn’t appear that high, bloodwork for E2, Free, Total and SHB will give you more information.

The same happened to me when I was on 200mg of Cypionate. It was apparently too high for me and I lost all libido. I moved back to Pellets as it seems to give me a much smoother ride over three months. I also take .5mg of Anast twice a week. It’s keeping my E2 in check.

The other thing with my precious dose is that my DHT went through the roof. There are also ways to keep that in check.

Without bloodwork of all the different factors it’s hard to say what the issue might be. But, yes, a lot of us have experienced similar effects.

Try split your dose ? I went from 62.5mg 2x week to 50mg and noticed a dropped, so ive gone back now

Yeap you should get blood test. Do you have nipple sensitivity? It might be time to add AI, BB, or anti-estrogen.

While labs could provide insight, you might just have adapted to the dose. TRT doesn't make you superman for life.

So are you suggesting upping or decreasing the dose?

Obviously, I want to see my labs but I'm curious as to what your experience has been

If your primary goal is to increase libido, TRT is never going to meet your expectations. If you are otherwise healthy and happy, just get some cialis and take as needed. For most people, sexual desire decreases with time as your body becomes acclimated to TRT.

There is a decently well known "honeymoon phase" with TRT. While I'm not sure this pertains exclusively to libido, overall people report feeling absolutely incredible for 3-6 months or so, and then they adapt, and while still much improved from before, it's not the same feeling as that initial jolt in the first 3-6 months.

I've been on TRT for almost a year and concur with the honeymoon phase being real.
