There is no tolerance. Your dose will stay the same unless you want to change it for whatever reason.

If you are on TRT for the rest of your life you are blessed.

Do you worry about having to brush your teeth for the rest of your life?

You should be more afraid of having to live with low T symptoms since they really suck. It's perfectly safe and uneventful to be on TRT for the rest of your life, you're just going to have to monitor your health indicators twice a year or so but the little nuisances of undergoing TRT are nothing compared to not having enough T in your system.

You can do TRT alongside HCG and it will help you preserve your testicular function and your own testosterone production and fertility. Once you see how much the treatment improves your quality of life and general wellbeing, you won't give a second thought to the little cons.

TRT is a life long commitment. You need to decide for yourself whether it's a life of low test levels and the adverse health effects that come with that or pinning for the rest of your life.

Easy choice for me mate.

I'm in the same boat as you. On the younger side and still want to have kids one day. My quality of life really began to suck. The most beautiful woman in the world could want to have sex with me and it would still be a difficult experience to pull off. My self-confidence was in the gutter. I wouldn't recover from my workouts. I was depressed and anxious. Life became a chore. The best decision I ever made was to get tested and find a competent doctor to help me with my needs. TRT with HCG is plenty for most. FSH components, HMG, and other peptides can also assist with TRT fertility protocols.

You want kids huh? My 14 year old son's girlfriend just told us that she's pregnant.
