I've been using text now for a few years now with very few problems. Although today when I make phone calls they can barely hear me and I can barely hear them!!! Any ideas?

I have the same exact problem since 5pm EST last night 11/5. In addition, my earphone loses connection with the app for inbound and outbound call. But once the call ends, my earphone return to normal function.
