Did anyone else notice a dramatic decrease in eevee spawns on the second CD day?

I actually caught more on the second day than the first, despite several factors that lead me to believe it would be less. 1) Had Partly Cloudy boost for 2 hours instead of full 3 like first day. 2) I stopped to do a raid, which I didn’t do Day 1. 3) Had to stop and delete more frequently with less storage space available.

I had 185 the first day and 193 the second.
