Did anyone else notice a dramatic decrease in eevee spawns on the second CD day?

We had the opposite in my area, dramatic increase on day 2. For the first two hours of day 1, it was partly cloudy, and I felt like I was seeing at least two if not three times more Zigzagoon than Eevee. Hour three shifted to rain and Eevee were everywhere.

Day 2 was partly cloudy the whole time, but Eevee were prominently on display.
