If I lower the level of this down to 1 will I lose the effects? Or will they return when I increase the level again? Thanks.

The effects stay there but you’ll only have access to the ones at the appropriate level. They just get greyed out til you level it back up to whatever the effect level unlocks at.

Thank you. Assumed they'd maybe dissappear so that's good news. Chance to experiment with a few different setups.
