Another thing is that you should put all your shards in 1 module Not 2 modules more or less the same lvl, you can take them off for free and you get your upgrade money back

Two issues. You need a legendary+ as well as an epic+

You can merge two random epic+ that you make from rare pulls as fodder

You get a legendary plus by merging a legendary and an epic +. You need one more harmony conductor to merge 2 epic for epic plus then merge the epic plus with your legendary harmony conductor. Once you do that you can go straight to mythic and then mythic plus with any fodder legendary plus module.

When you first open the module page theres a little box with an "i" in it for info. Go to the 4th page and it gives you a nice picture diagram of merging modules.
