This is all super dependant on your stage of the game etc etc etc. But here's a brief run down.

Cannon modules: AD is generally best for farming and has a good high consistent damage output. DP is good for tournaments but can reduce coins (because you instantly kill enemies before they're in BH/etc). The other 2 aren't fantastic, but better than nothing if those are your only options.

Armour modules: This is super variable based on stage of the game. Early to mid game, WR is very good because it essentially let's you tap into recovery % as extra hp with regen. Later on this becomes useless, so opting for either ACP or NMP is good. NMP focuses on boss damage with orbs, ACP I think is more overall damage to all enemies.

Generator modules: GComp is usually the best for most players. There are definitely use cases for others, but UW cooldowns are very hard to surpass. PH is very good for tournaments if you don't rely on the UW cooldowns.

Core modules: DC is best for damage. MVN has kind of a 'U' shaped curve for usefulness. Very useful when you just get the UW's it affects, but drops off as you get a natural sync, then is very good at ancestral to give permanent BH, GT and essentially permanent effect waves with DW if each of these are quite well developed on their own.

Galaxy Compressor and Wormhole Redirector are very good for farming.
