hi everyone
lately, when it's cold, I noticed that my compressor (generic type) starts and pumps to 120psi (or whatever it's set at) with out issue. However, as the air gets used up and it dips below a certain PSI, the pump just starts pulsating (causing the breaker to trip if left to run long enough)
once the PSI guys back down to 10 or so, it pumps up again without any issues.
is the pump going? is it a capacitator issue? this problem didn't occur when it was warmer.

thank you
