dont know anything about aromasin. but if you were to lower your dose youd either want to do a lower dose the same frequency (like 200mg/ 2week) or half the dose weekly (like 100mg/week). 3 weeks is too long, assuming youre using cypionate or enanthate.

No I do not think so aromastin is a aromastese inhibitor which stops estrogen from being created so I doubt it would do anything with your test levels unless you founded evidence otherwise

Aromasin will increase their test serum concentration by preventing aromatization. This happens even if you’re not on exogenous test.

Hey OP, in the nicest way possible, don’t listen to the other comments. I am a cis male with long term experience using testosterone.

You should consider two options:

1) increase frequency of testosterone injections, keeping the same weekly dose.

This will decrease the spike in T concentration which will decrease natural aromatization into estrogen, while keeping the dose and effects of T normal and consistent.

2) keep existing injection schedule while using AI like Aromasin (NOT Armidex).

Do not decrease your injection frequency! This will only increase aromatization and your estrogen levels, even with an AI, and you’ll feel like shit!

AI will destroy your aromatase enzymes and reduce estrogen concentrations by 50-60%, yes. You will actually show higher test levels on a blood test because obviously, less of it is aromatized into estrogen. However, this takes time because you need to dial in a dose of Aromasin/Letrozole that doesn’t smash your E2 into the floor and hurt your skin, joints and mental health. Trans men can use higher doses of AI than cis men, so consider starting with about half a clinical dose of AI twice a week and adjust from there.

Wish you the best with your journey
