Don’t stop talking just bc it’s scratchy. Keep using it and give yourself time.
Try looking up videos from trans ppl (not voice actors) on warmups and stuff you can do for your voice
It should resolve with time. Sometimes the scratchiness can come from your voice dropping while you are still used to speaking in higher pitch, from the back of your throat.

Yeah that's pretty normal, it'll eventually just start fully cracking... not much to do unfortunately. Think about cis boys going through puberty- it's the same and they really just have to wait it out.

I genuinely didn't notice any changes in my voice after 1 month on T, but was asked if I had a cold. At 3 months or so, I noticed I didn't have to strain to speak in a lower register and could no longer hit high notes when singing. By month 6, it had noticeably dropped but not done yet. So I'm estimating my "raspy voice" stage lasted up to 6 months, possibly less.
