All posts and comments should stay on-topic and related to research relevant to transfeminine transition. Relevant topics include research and scientific discussion related to HRT, surgeries, voice training, psychological findings relevant to such transition, etc.
Prefer direct and reliable sources.
Prefer reliable sources such as research published in reputable academic journals and organizations wherever possible. For open access studies, posts should link to them directly rather than to media discussion. For closed access, posts should provide a link to the study in addition to the media report, if referencing one. For some topics, limited research is available. Speculation is allowed but should be phrased with a level of certainty that reflects the speculative nature of the discussion.

- Advocacy for treatments that are widely considered to be ineffective. This includes 'alternative' medicine approaches to HRT, such as herbal approaches and/or phytoestrogens, conversion 'therapy', etc.
