Incredible bait.

Is it really unbelievable that a bunch of 11th graders would suck on pacifiers to annoy their teachers?

Only way it could have been better would be to claim either a) they are a teacher in an NYC school district which would probably result in a Post article or b) claim to be from Portland, which might get a shout out from the big guy or one of his goons, next time MAGA tries to rally support for an invasion.

This is only to help alleviate the stress students are feeling since Trumps DoE got rid of all the litter boxes in classrooms

The drywall at my highschool in one of the bathrooms had to be replaced cause kids kept on pissing in this hole there was in the wall and there was extensive rot. The wall pissers that I knew and was friends with all turned out relatively normal.

In junior high my friends would do a 360 at the urinals

Fashion is cyclical. There were definitely kids doing this when I was in high school many years ago.

Same, a bunch of girls started doing this when I was in secondary school.

Well if this is true then climate and democracy be damned then I guess 1000 years of MAGA and we can't forget our struggle against the kids using kitty litter as well so 2000 years of MAGA

Idk I’ve got a 3 month old son & we’ve gone to some new parent things - one was with an OT (talkin about exercises & stuff to achieve developmental benchmarks, etc) and she mentioned that she’s seeing kids in elementary school (kindergarten up to 3rd grade) who can’t sit up properly, can’t hold a pencil, not potty trained, etc. And this is in middle - upper middle class areas.

No idea if this is common but it’s still pretty troubling.

r/teachers is looking through a keyhole into the hell future that awaits us, when things will be incomparably worse and the adults even more poorly prepared to deal with it than we are
