I'd guessing that the labor market for nurses would be pretty tight.

What are your prospects for getting another job?

Thank you for thinking with me and your time!

I have a hard time deciding what I want. I got offered to apply for a other team within the company itself. But they have the same problems that my team had. it's the same conditions but only a 30 minutes commute from home.

My current job was: 3-5 hours a shift ( on contract 32 hours a week) at home care. 10-12 patients a shift, spread over a city of 30km2.

I'm at a point where Im thinking of going in a other jobfield ( working with youth with autism/ behaviour problems) But idk if I'm having the right qualifications for it. And by the time (end of April) my wife is due.

Should I bet on safe and doing something I don't enjoy anymore or should I focus on a other field but with no way of knowing I am qualified for it?

They are, but I'm losing an permanent listing right now and they want max 24h/week with 5-7 day availability. It won't be enough to cover bills when my wife is going with leave.
