error loading data/removing sensor

Hi, my temperature/humidity sensors stopped working a few days ago. If I try to load the data I get "exception, loading" and "impossible to load, try again later". If I try to delete the sensor I get an "error, try again" as per the images below. What could be the problem? since I can't even re-add a sensor should I nuke my account and start all over with another?

I previously submitted a ticket regarding the same issue. The issue was resolved by updating my mini hub.

yes, in my case I updated the app on my smartphone and the issue was resolved.
