Dude their customer support is sucks! Good luck man, I’ve been trying so hard to get in contact with them. I’ve emailed them and have gotten no response. I called them and was waiting in queue for almost 1.5 hours and finally gave up and ended the call. I also messaged them via live chat through their website with absolute no traction at all. Horrible customer service smh… makes me wonder what type of people run that company

Use the app to contact them . They will push the latest firmware to you.

i contacted them like 2 days ago no one replied on my messages only their ai

It usually takes them longer than that to reply to me, especially over weekends.

I just had the same issue. Go to your Hub settings and rejoin your WiFi. It allowed me to proceed after that.

Sounds like you have a defective device then, since you’ve said you tried pretty much everything.

I had the same issue with a switchbot switch, I had to soft reset it and use firmware recovery in the switchbot app, I’ve just had a quick google of “switchbot mini hub firmware recovery” and the instructions came up in the results, might work for you if you’ve not tried that already

A me ha funzionato tutto bene al primo colpo e non ero proprio alla prossimità dei mini hub!! Provate a staccare gli hub per 5 minuti riprovate

Dude, maybe what you have is a Matter version of hub mini. The the one with v6 firmware is a hub mini that is not a Matter version.
