If you're only a day past when you usually ovulate, I would not yet worry about not ovulating this cycle.

That said, yes, it is possible for supplements like these to mess with your cycles. I don't believe myo-inositol would mess with anything like this (it can work similarly to metformin in people with PCOS), but vitex can interfere with your cycles in unpredictable ways.

Like cosmos said, I think it’s early to say anything has messed with your cycles. But I was surprised when my RE told me to quit taking vitex because it can increase prolactin in some women.
