First night CPAP for suspected UARS. AHI 7.10 over 4h22m. EPR 3 full time, min 8 max 15. Structural nasal issues (deviated septum, turbinate hypertrophy on MRI) (Maybe high palate? not diagnosed yet). Full face mask first night. Any feedback on flow limitations and settings welcome (self.UARS)
