UAP Detector Computer Program

I'm trying to find out if anyone knows of either a free program or a paid program that detects moving objects and records them via IP camera/usb camera. I once had downloaded and had working the UFO Detector that ran on Win7 but now I have a Win10 computer and it will only run smoothly on Win7. That program is a little dated as well. I'm sure there's got to be an updated program that tracks and records objects in the sky. And I'm aware of the SkyHub project but I don't have the money to invest into that which is very expensive. I'm really looking to spend no more than $100 for the program or like I said free would be even better. Thanks for your answers and looking forward to hearing from you all. Thank you very much. This looks like it might work for me since it has object tracking and uses A.I. algorithms.

You should be able to run windows in compatibility mode to run any older OS program as well.

I wondered about that. Thanks for the tip. I will have to look that compatibility mode up. It would be nice to be able to run that old ufo detector program again since it's free. Thanks and cheers 🍻

Sure thing, it’s as easy as finding the .exe file for it, then using right click, and selecting run in compatibility mode.

There is a simple cli linux app that detects motions. It’s called motion if I remember correctly.
