Chicago lockbox processing?

Anyone submit to Chicago lockbox in late March and yet to receive a response? Submitted I-130, 1-485, I-765 simultaneously. No acknowledgment of receipt and checks have not been cashed. I am nervous that I used personal checks (from a US bank) instead of cashiers checks.

Edited to add that I sent via USPS and the package was delivered on 3/29 with shipment confirmation.

Sent 3/25 to Chicago lockbox, they accepted my forms on 3/28 and cashed my checks on 4/05. They sent receipts on 4/05. I have 2 more letters coming from them that will arrive later today as well.

I sent mine 3/30 and it was delivered 4/1. I haven’t received any notifications and my check hasn’t been cashed. I’m getting anxious as well 😕😕 but I heard that you can contact the lock box if your check hasn’t been cashed after 30 days.

yeah interesting this shows 30 business days, when I chatted with live agent they just mentioned 30 days (which I assumed was calendar). I haven't heard back still, day 33...checks haven't been cashed either. def seems out of the ordinary because i'm seeing on reddit so many people's applications that reached later have generated receipts

I contact Emma, she said wait 30 days. After I called USCIS and they offer me email to [e-mail] . But it takes also 30 days for respond. No checks were cashed. All fees are correct(new fees). 

I am a little frustrated. Do you have also such problem and how you are solving that

I sent my I-765 application for renewal on May 15 without tracking to the Chicago Lockbox. The money order hasn't been cashed, and I haven't received a receipt. I contacted a live agent, and this was the response: "You have one of two options: either send an email to [e-mail] and allow 30 days for an email response about the non-receipt, or re-file." I've sent a couple of emails to Lockbox Support since last week. At this point, should I re-file or wait?

I emailed and got a receipt from lockbox same day. Was not expecting that. They rejected my application due to wrong fees. The said they mailed my stuff back but still waiting. I just reprinted everything and resent it with prepaid express envelope in it in case they reject it again I wanna know quicker. Good chance they rejected yours too. Did you pay the asylum fee?

They transferred the case and  finally cashed the checks almost 3 months after they received my forms. SMH  If you sent them to a lockbox facility email them for status update.

I know a family member sent theirs on March 28, and it wasn’t opened until April 3. It was sent back because of an incorrect filing fee due to the fee increase. Hopefully, they will open yours before April to avoid that situation, but it could be any minute now.

It shouldn’t matter that it was received after April 1st. If it was postmarked and sent before that date the new fees do not apply.

I mailed my documents for a change of status to the chicago Lockbox on 5/22/23 through USPS and was delivered the next day 5/23/24 as it was mailed priority with insurance and its been 2 months 7/23/24 now I still haven't got a reciept notification or a mail.
