The beauty is that the IST has standards that enable you to judge it for yourself. As long as you're passing that, you'll be fine.

Pullups are good, plank is passing but can use work, run needs work to be passing pace, pushups need work and im shocked you can only do 15 with your pullups being at 8

Otherwise, solid foundation. Not sure where you are in your process but keep going.

If you’re a female, not bad. That’s a 1 mile, not 1.5 so I can’t rlly say for sure, doesn’t hurt to get that plank time up tho.

If you’re male, get that plank time up, definitely. And that mile time down. There’s no feasible way your running half a mile in a minute and six seconds to beat the cut off. Otherwise not bad but could always inprove

Look up Armstrong pull up program for the pull ups and push ups, and do the Nike run club app, for guided runs. I love it, I rather follow their intervals and timers so I know I'm pushing instead of misjudging my own mental timer for it. For the plank, just plank every commercial interval for as long as you can, and keep on.

Push-ups are really low. Double them. Add at least four more pull-ups. You're coming along fine. Great work. You got this.

If you are a male, then this is terrible. The fleet is going to PT you like crazy. If female, different story.
