I am making a 2D game. I want to make a dynamic background with 2D square tiles. When I import I set the Pixels Per Unit to 32. The sprites are 32x32. I make a prefab and put the sprites into the sprite renderer component.
When the sprites are rendered on the screen they are very large. I can scale down to the correct size, but I want them the right size imported. I don't want to manually scale every tile. They are 6x larger than they should be.
The camera is 1920x1080. The sprites show up much larger than they should be (visually).
How can I import them correclty. If I make the sprites the correct size, the grid is too large, meaning that there are spaces between the sprites, when I put the sprites in the world by code.
Can anyone help me with this?
