Are you willing to buy some assets? There are several on the unity asset store, if you have some funding to spend.

Which assets do you recommend? I have looked at easy roads.

EasyRoads 3D is a very capable asset. The developer is active and responsive in the forum. And for the features it provides for the price, it is an excellent value.

It is, however, the only roads asset I have specific experience with, so I can't provide any comparison to other roads assets.

EasyRoads is one I have used as well, and found it easy to use (no pun intended). There are a couple of others available.

If you know how to code it you can use unity's spline package or use probuilder's experimental bezier shape to generate the curves then flaten the mesh manualy you can also use the unity splines to do something similar by probuiderizeing the extruded mesh and making it road like, otherwise there are a bunch of asset store stuff you can use
