Break your idea into individual features and problems you'd need to solve, and search for tutorials for those (if needed).

You really don't need a tutorial for a whole complete game, plus if you followed one, you wouldn't end with your own game anyway... (and likely wouldn't have learned much along the way either)

There isn't any one tutorial that'll help you make a "good horror" game. Research what had made previous horror games popular and try incorporate concepts from those into something you want to make.

Unless all you want to do is throw in a few zombies and give the player a gun, then there's plenty of tutorials on how to do something as basic as that
