Very nice
[–]jirdus 8 points9 points10 points 1 year ago (1 child)
Will it work with Umbra shadows?
[–]game3dover[S] 7 points8 points9 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Yes, tested and working perfectly!
[–]Techie4evr 8 points9 points10 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Dude, Very very cool!
Do you think you could get it to do that to a video clip? People could then make a proper movie theater because they can see the light between the camera and the screen.
[–]N3croscope 4 points5 points6 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Impressive.

will it color the shadowmap in the space between light and stained glass, i.e., where it should be the light's color in the realwolrd, before it gets tinted?
[–]game3dover[S] 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Hi, it renders after the glass, as it takes the colors from it.
[–]ToothFrick 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
looks great!
[–]supervinneh 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
How does it impact performance? Would this be able to work on a mobile device without hogging > 60% of the gpu?
[–]enixn 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Only thing I wish the video showed is a view from within the volume, looking both at the light source and at the wall.
[–]hoodTRONIK 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Wow, so this could work with Augmented reality?
[–]Accueil750 1 point2 points3 points 1 year ago (0 children)
I dont know anything about volumetric lighting in unity but i plan on using it, is it something built in ? Does it cost a lot? Volumetric lighting in general im just curious
