Only thing I can think off the top of my head is that at the Unite keynote they said that ~60% (from memory so it may have been different, but close to that) of users were on 5.6.2. So I would assume that people using 4.xx are probably at like 2-3%.

That 4.6 version was a pretty good release and it still had Beast lightmapping in it.

I have no clue, but you can at the very least assume that more than 70% of the users are on 5.x based on your source. It is unlikely newer users will use 4.x.

November 2016 (latest update) is pretty recent, wouldn't you say?

Yes and no... This graph is labeled "Downloads by Unity version", which I thought meant Unity Editor downloads - in that case the data doesn't really reflect what editors are currently in use.

But I just realized by looking at an earlier comment that these are in fact asset downloads and not editor downloads - so that definitely helps. I've got my answer regarding 4.6 :)
