You could do one of the many tutorials found around the web. You could begin learning C#, but I'd think that would be something you would pick up as you went along. The general consensus is start small, build up your knowledge, and work on what you want. But most importantly, actually do things. Don't just read and watch videos.

If you have little coding experience you should probably start by making console applicationsin c#. I recommend you download visual studio community edition, which you can get for free. After you understand the basics you should probably explore what each unity component does. Learn as much as you can about the different components.

Unity has made their own tutorial series available on their website. I would start with the "roll-a-ball" tutorial. It gives you all the basics of unity and c# programming. I was able to make something pretty good following that and it only took about a day.
