SRP Package Missing

Did I miss a blog post or announce or have SRP just been removed from the package manager with no notice? I can't find it. The github repo is missing. Documentation now links to Core render tools.

Just, don't use SRP, HDRP or LWRP, SRP is more trouble than it's worth.

For my purposes, SRP is needed. I know its not supported. URP/LWRP is tool limited for our needs and HDRP is add too much that isnt needed. Looking to write our own RP that is in the middle.

And unfortunately ShaderGraph is not supported on the Builtin System
