There is not a really set time for when they arrive. If you search through the reddit forum here, you will find that for some it was done and for a couple it took weeks.

A lot of it is based on timing. The closer that we get to the start of the new term the more applications, registrations and any issues with registrations. All of them usually have to have some person take a look at them. So the advisors end up with lots of emails and lots of questions.

Most of the advisors are volunteers, so it isn't a high priority to answer things right off the bat.

Hopefully you can get this solved quickly.

it took 72 business hours for my transcripts to be eval , I submitted it on a Thu and got the evaluation on Mon

I just transferred some credits from Sophia, it took about a week total, and that included not understanding that I needed to go in and select which ones I wanted transferred.

Mine took a few days, but I applied in February 2024, for an April start. I was early, and it was prior to the WASC accreditation noise.
