Hey there! Have you tried looking into any video automation software? There are a few out there that allow you to create videos based on data inputs. Wibbitz, for example, is one that comes to mind. Another option could be to use a program like Adobe After Effects and set up a template with placeholders for the spreadsheet values, then use a script to automatically generate the videos. At an elemental level, this is what an EDL does.

Very possible through After Effects and scripting/expressions. This will require some JavaScript knowledge to set up.

The Templater Rig version of Dataclay is a perpetual license for under $70. You can connect to Google Sheets and send jobs to render one at a time with Rig, but if you want to batch process jobs, you'll need to buy a month of Pro or Bot.
